HOW TO MAKE IT
1) Put the rolls on a greased waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
2) Top with Chef Shamy Cinnamon Honey Butter ande be amazed ;)
TORTILLA

TEMPETURE AND TIME
Medium-high heat or 350°F, until golden brown (each side)
EQUIPMENT
Pan or griddle

HOW TO MAKE IT
1) Combine and flatten 2 or 3 rolls together (depending on the size of the tortilla you want).
2) Flatten the dough with tortilla press or a rolling pin;
3) To prevent sticking use a couple of piecces of parchment paper;
4) Cook on a buttered pan or griddle with Chef Shamy European Style until golden brown (each side);
5) Make a taco, quesadilla or simple enjoy with rice and beans.


MINI PIZZA

TEMPETURE AND TIME
Medium-high heat or 350 °F, 5-8 min (until golden brown).
EQUIPMENT
Oven

HOW TO MAKE IT
1) Combine and flatten 1 to 3 rools together (depending on the size of the pizza you want);
2) To flatten the dough use a tortilla press or a rolling pin;
3) Add pizza sauce and any toppings you want: pepperoni, fresh basil, olives, oregano, mozzarella etc.
4) Bake with Chef Shamy Garlic Butter for 5-8 minutes.
